Conference Venue and Hotel
The conference will take place in the Larespark Hotel www.laresparkhotel.com in the "Taksim" area of Istanbul. Taksim is the business, shopping and entertainment centre of Istanbul and Taksim Square is a popular location for festivities and national celebrations.
The Larespark Hotel is located in a pedestrianised area almost exclusively dedicated to hotels, most of which are 4 star in quality. If a 4 star hotel is beyond your budget, less expensive can be found but please take care how far the hotel is from the conference venue. Istanbul is the largest city in Europe and and traffic can approach gridlock at peak times. It is better to be within walking distance of the conference venue.

Room Rates
On behalf of conference delegates, ECLO has negotiated a reduced room rate. This rate is available on a first come first served basis i.e. WE DO NOT HAVE A BLOCK BOOKING. May is the start of the tourist season in Istanbul and in 2010 Istanbul will be the European Capital of Culture, so hotel rooms will be at a premium - BOOK EARLY
