Expertise of the E.C.L.O. Members

It is now nearly 20 years since Peter Senge published his much needed and very popular book "The Fifth Discipline". The Learning Organization concept is still very much alive in many organisations, and  the thinking of Peter Senge, and those inspired by his ideas, continues to influence  the thinking and acting of many managers. However, the world  has moved on, and the Learning Organization concept has evolved to meet the challenges of the Knowledge Economy.

Whilst committed to E.C.L.O. and the ideals of the Learning Organization, among our members there is a wealth of expertise and diversity across the broader domain of learning.
