E.C.L.O. will work for the continuous effort to keep E.C.L.O. a learning community being itself a real time action research project thus taking its own medicine.
E.C.L.O. will, as part of the research strategy and mission, secure that the press is regularly informed, so E.C.L.O. and E.C.L.O.'s activities and results will be publicly known.
