The aims of this work-package are the planning of the processes and the products of the project. The processes of the project will be managed by the project Board of Management, which will be appointed at the first Transnational Partnership Meeting after the approval of the project and the signing of the contract. The Board of Management will be charged with (a) project administration, (b) allocation of workloads, deadlines and schedules, (c) budget control and authorisation of expenditure, (d) quality control.

Dissemination will be to the membership of ECLO and EDEN giving a target group of nearly 900 stakeholders and leaders in European e-learning who will be directly addressed by the products of the project. Students in Ireland, Italy, Hungary and Bulgaria will also form a direct target group for dissemination as recipients of the mobile learning course materials.

The aim of this workpackage is to ensure the quality of products developed and processes used during the project. The progress and functioning of the project wil be monitored by the Project Management Board. As soon as the contracting period is completed the first transnational partnership face-to-face meeting will be called at which the Board of Management wil be appointed.
